Many plants run on filter elements from a particular manufacturer. We source equivalent elements to the original part number, with the same dimensions, the same fineness and the same connection. If you change filters regularly, this lowers costs. Nothing changes on the filter housing.
For manufacturers of particulate filters we supply knitted wire mesh sleeves and mesh tapes in stainless steel. The sleeves hold the filter insert in the housing and absorb thermal expansion. A glass fibre insert improves the seal. Production is to drawing or sample, from single units to series.
