Industrial components and spare parts at a glance

Metal, rubber and fabric expansion joints decouple vibrations and absorb thermal expansion. For quiet, leak-tight and durable pipework.
- Applications: Power plants, chemical plants/refineries, HVAC, marine, turbine/boiler lines, pump/compressor connections.
- Variants: Axial, lateral, angular, universal (with tie rods), multi-convolution; internal sleeve (liner) optional; materials e.g. 1.4571/1.4404, PTFE/elastomer and fabric layers.
- Standards: Design to EJMA; selection by medium, temperature, pressure and movement.

Exhaust silencers for combined heat and power (CHP) plants and emergency generators, matched to the connection dimensions of your plant.
Use: Exhaust lines of gas and diesel engines in CHP plants and emergency generators.
Design: Matched to engine output, exhaust gas flow and required attenuation.
Quotation: Send the data sheet or dimensions of your existing silencer and we will prepare a quotation.

Variants: Filter elements equivalent to the original; knitted mesh sleeves with or without glass fibre; knitted stainless steel tapes.
Use: Hydraulics and lubrication, manufacturers of particulate filters, engines and plants.
Quotation: Send the OEM part number and annual requirement and we will prepare a quotation.

Knitted wire mesh separator inserts remove fine liquid droplets from gases and vapours.
Construction: Stainless steel mesh, also co-knitted with glass fibre, PTFE or polypropylene, made to the dimensions of your separator.
Use: Fine droplets in gases, oil-water separation, compressors, exhaust air and process plants.
Quotation: Send the dimensions or a photo of the existing insert and we will prepare a quotation.

Replacement catalysts for gas engines in CHP plants, made to size or to sample.
Construction: Oxidation catalysts made to the dimensions of your existing catalyst.
Use: CHP plants and stationary gas engines.
Quotation: Send the nameplate details, dimensions or a photo and we will prepare a quotation.

Variants: DN 10 to DN 1200, PN 2.5 to PN 40; steel S235JR and P265GH, stainless steel 1.4541 and 1.4571.
Standards: EN 1092-1, inspection certificate 3.1 to EN 10204 on request.
Use: Exhaust lines and pipelines, expansion joints, metal hoses, plant engineering.

Linear solenoids and stop solenoids for valves, interlocks and engines.
Applications: Valves, interlocks, shutdown of diesel and gas engines.
Design: Matched to force, stroke, duty cycle, voltage and IP rating.
Quotation: Send the nameplate details or data sheet of the existing solenoid and we will prepare a quotation.

Applications: Demisters/mist eliminators, filtration/de-misting, vibration/shock damping, EMI/RFI shielding.
Properties: Large surface area, low pressure drop, corrosion-resistant alloys.
Forms: Pads, roll stock, made-up inserts, sealing profiles.

Variants: DN 6 to DN 300, with or without braid, up to 550 °C; flange, threaded or weld connection.
Testing: Pressure and leak test before delivery, certificate to EN 10204 on request.
Use: CHP plants, emergency generators, steam, thermal oil, compressed air.
